At Urban Aspect, I don’t. And that’s not because I don’t love a good sofa, it’s because my expertise is focused where it matters most: cabinetry, selections, and builder-friendly design documentation.

The Furnishings Myth

Furnishings are fun, but they’re not what makes or breaks a renovation or new build.

If your cabinetry layout doesn’t work, or your selections aren’t documented clearly, no amount of cushions will fix that. My role is to help you avoid costly mistakes at the construction stage so your home works the way it should from day one.

What I Do Instead

Instead of furnishings, I provide:

Great question! While I don’t supply furnishings, I can:
