Due to the level of detail and coordination involved, a limited number of Design Documentation projects are accepted each year.

This service is best suited to clients who are prepared to invest in thorough planning prior to construction to minimise changes and ambiguity during the build.

Design Documentation engagements are custom scoped based on project size, complexity and documentation requirements.

For most renovation and new build projects, investment begins from $15,000 + GST.
