This service is suited to homeowners who require professional validation and design guidance before committing to detailed documentation or construction.

It provides clear direction for planning discussions with your builder and ensures key design decisions are considered before they become costly to change.

An Early-Stage Interior Design Service for Planning and Clarity

The Foundations Package provides professional interior design guidance to:

  • Refinement of spatial flow and circulation

  • Identification of storage and joinery opportunities

  • Review of appliance positioning and functionality

  • Consideration of lighting zones and layout

  • Identification of budget-impacting design oversights

  • Establishment of cohesive interior direction

  • Support for informed builder and trade discussions

It is a planning and concept service, not a construction documentation package.

Who the Foundations Package Is Designed For?

This service is ideal if you are:

  • Planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation and need clear design direction

  • Renovating part or all of your home and want confidence before progressing

  • Building a new home and want cohesive interior planning from the outset

  • Working with a builder and need early design clarity to inform quoting

Foundations is best suited to projects where layout, joinery or spatial decisions are being considered, not cosmetic finish updates alone.  

What’s Included in the Foundations Package?

The Foundations Package includes:

  • Review and refinement of proposed layouts

  • Spatial planning and circulation assessment

  • Preliminary custom joinery concepts

  • Base material and finish direction

  • Planning-level advice for wet areas and key zones

  • Guidance to support early builder pricing conversations

This service does not include construction-level documentation, fully dimensioned joinery drawings or detailed trade-ready schedules. Where projects require full technical resolution prior to build, the Design Documentation service will be recommended.

Investment:

Foundations Package (multi-zone or whole-home):
$4,000 plus GST

For smaller or clearly limited renovation scopes, such as a single kitchen or bathroom, a reduced-scope Foundations Package may be offered.


Pricing for reduced-scope projects is confirmed following review of your Discovery Questionnaire.

Availability:

To maintain a high level of design detail and hands-on involvement, a limited number of Foundations Packages are accepted each month.
